It started with flowers. During the pandemic, out of a passion for beauty and a wish to serve our local community, we built a small flower market in a quiet New Jersey enclave. People came for the blooms and lingered. If only we could stay all day with a coffee, they said. So we gave them a reason to.
Part café, part boutique, BloomBar has become a place all its own, where a matcha with a friend turns into a slow wander and always ends with a discovery. In a world that shops by screen, we believe in the magic of showing up in person, together.
The Café
To us, product and quality are everything. We work with local bakers and artisans to build a menu of the highest quality. We import our matcha directly from Japan and were pouring it before it was trendy. Clean Coffee is our exclusive partner for single-origin, organic cold brew, made with no chemicals, artificial flavors or processing. Every drink, and every ice cube, starts with triple-filtered, remineralized reverse-osmosis water. Add in house-batched plant and nut milks, our own vegan soft serve, artisanal salads and fresh pastries, and you have a menu that is kosher, organic, clean and always evolving.

The Founders
BloomBar is the work of husband-and-wife team Heleyne and Ronnie Tamir.
Heleyne spent years in the fashion and luxury beauty industries, traveling the world with their top retailers and learning what makes a customer feel something.
Ronnie has spent his entire career building retail experiences of his own. He knows instinctively how a space should flow, feel, and draw people back.
Together they design every BloomBar themselves, from the layout to the last detail. Each store is designed to carry you somewhere else: a little escape from the everyday, with an energy that feels warm, safe, and alive. Come to slow down, to feel something, and to be surrounded by beauty.
