Refund policy

We accept returns on non-floral items within 7 days of purchase in original, unopened packaging with receipt. We do not accept damaged merchandise or anything that was custom-created. 

Jewelry, makeup and flowers are FINAL SALE!


Our concept is to have an ever-changing assortment in our stores. Many items are limited edition and we encourage you to only purchase what you love. We do offer gift cards as well.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
